Clinical Podiatry           Treatment £45

 A complete knee to toe clinical assessment will be performed. This includes circulatory, neurological and dermatological tests to check that everything is in order. A note of any medical conditions and medication will be recorded with your clinical notes. Your nails will be trimmed, filed and buffed if it's required.  I'll also remove any hard skin and corns and check for any other issues with your feet. Appropriate products will be applied leaving your feet feeling revitalised!

Ingrown toe nail treatment £45-£65

Painful ingrown toenails will be carefully removed. An anaesthetic may be given to numb the area.​​​​​​​​​​​

Musculoskeletal Assessment £75

Do you have pain in your hips, knees, ankles or feet? Do you wonder why hard skin builds up in certain areas? Do your big toes sometimes hurt? It may be due to an anatomical anomaly. I'll carry out a musculoskeletal assessment to determine where the problem lies and devise a treatment plan specific to your needs.​​​​​​​

Podiatric acupuncture £45

The method of acupuncture used is a combination of traditional Chinese acupuncture and dry needling.  In short it is taking the western scientific approach to acupuncture. Fine needles are inserted into specific points along the foot. Podiatric acupuncture can treat conditions such as ankle injuries, knee injuries, plantar fasciitis and pain in the foot.  This is not an exhaustive list. Research has also shown that acupuncture points below the knee can have a beneficial effect in other parts of the body.​​

Nail surgery from £300

Persistent ingrown toenails may need to be permanently removed. This procedure is carried out under local anaesthesia and a chemical will be applied to prevent regrowth. Three follow up appointments and dressings are included in the price.​​​​​​​​

Warm wax treatment £50

Upgrade your foot care and experience a Prende therapeutic warm wax treatment. Intense, nourishing oil is applied to the feet, followed by warm paraffin wax. This moisturises and softens the skin while also giving a therapeutic and healing effect to sore aching joints. Your feet will be cocooned in warm bootees, so relax as you let the scented oils seep into your skin, softening and soothing.​​​​​​

Discoloured, damaged or fungal nails? No problem. A beautiful new nail can be created.  This is a treatment that is perfect for summer, a special occasion or just because you are worth it. 

Specifically for toe nails Wilde Pedique UV gel system is suitable for both men and women and lasts up to 6 weeks. It creates a natural looking and extremely flexible nail - that's important for toenails. The nail can be left natural or painted, and a personalised treatment package can be put together specifically for your individual needs.​

Verruca Treatment
£40 -£200

Verrucae belong to the family of Human papilloma viruses. If they aren't painful leave them alone - your immune system will sort them out with a pinch of time! However, if they are bothering you, together we can devise a treatment plan using acids or/and surgery, with a pinch of time.​​​​​​​​​

Medical Pedicure £70

The treatment begins with a clinical podiatry treatment.  Your feet will then be exfoliated to remove dead skin cells before a nourishing foot mask is applied for intense moisturising.  Finally with your feet cocooned in warm bootees its time to sit back and relax.  After this treatment your feet will be left feeling wonderfully soft and smooth.​​​​​​​​
